  The restaurant is a welcome addition to such a charming area of Michigan. My wife and I visited for a special evening meal and were blown away by the quality of food, ambiance, and fantastic service. The aesthetic of the dishes is a wonderful synthesis of authentic Northern Michigan recipes, fresh as possible ingredients, and just the right amount of artistic foodie refinement. My braised rabbit and oyster mushrooms (oh man, those mushrooms) was perfect, and my wife's whitefish was a lighter (but just as flavorful) nod to the all-you-can-eat fish-fries I grew up with. We're excited to go back!
